Merchandiser

A&O Sourcing International, a Lahore-based sourcing house specializing in home textiles, supplies products to international retailers and importers. We are seeking a motivated MTO / Executive Merchandiser to oversee customer orders from development through to shipment. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of accuracy and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire order process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery from development to shipment.
- Coordinate with buyers and suppliers to meet customer requirements and quality standards.
- Monitor production schedules and resolve any issues that may arise during the order lifecycle.
- Maintain detailed records and reports related to orders and shipments.
- Utilize MS Office tools, particularly Excel, to analyze data and support decision-making.
- Demonstrate ownership and maintain composure under pressure to meet deadlines effectively.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are essential.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in textiles or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in merchandising, with a preference for home textiles.
- Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
- Sound product knowledge of home textiles.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
