Merchandiser

A&O Sourcing International, a Lahore-based sourcing house specializing in home textiles, supplies products to international retailers and importers. We are currently seeking a motivated MTO / Executive Merchandiser to oversee customer orders from the development stage through to shipment. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong communication with buyers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire order process, ensuring timely development and shipment of home textile products.
- Coordinate with suppliers and buyers to meet quality standards and delivery schedules.
- Analyze order requirements and resolve any issues that arise during the production cycle.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to order status and inventory.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in textiles or a related field.
- 1-2 years of merchandising experience, ideally within the home textiles industry.
- Strong analytical and numerical abilities to interpret order data and trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, with an emphasis on Excel for data management.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with composure.
