Merchandiser ( Towel & Home Textiles)

A.I. Textiles, a prominent manufacturer and exporter of high-quality towels and home textile products based in Faisalabad, is looking to hire a dedicated Merchandiser. This full-time, office-based role requires an individual who can effectively coordinate between international clients and the production teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment from initial design through to final shipment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining clear communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main liaison for international customers, handling product specifications, lab dips, sample approvals, and tracking order progress.
- Collaborate closely with production planning (PPC), weaving, dyeing, stitching, quality assurance, and packing teams to ensure production schedules are met.
- Develop and maintain critical path worksheets, order sheets, and comprehensive production logs to monitor workflow.
- Oversee all stages of the production cycle, identifying potential delays early and implementing corrective measures to avoid disruptions.
- Ensure finished products meet customer specifications and quality standards before dispatch.
- Provide accurate and timely status updates to senior management and clients.

Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in textile merchandising, preferably with towels or home textiles.
- Strong knowledge of textile manufacturing processes and export documentation.
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong emphasis on follow-up and attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with factory teams and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and professional email communication.
