The MERN Developer role involves designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js. The developer will be responsible for implementing new features, optimizing existing code, integrating APIs, managing databases, and ensuring responsive, user-friendly interfaces. This position requires close collaboration with designers, product owners, and fellow developers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Writing clean, testable code and troubleshooting issues across the entire stack are key daily tasks. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore, requiring regular office attendance and active participation in team meetings, code reviews, and project planning sessions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
- Implement new features and optimize existing code for performance and scalability.
- Integrate third-party APIs and manage database operations efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers and product owners to deliver technical solutions aligned with project goals.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across front-end and back-end components.
- Participate actively in code reviews, sprint planning, and team discussions.
- Ensure responsive and user-friendly interfaces across devices.

Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in MERN stack development and RESTful API integration.
- Solid experience with front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive UI frameworks.
- Good understanding of backend development concepts such as authentication, authorization, database design, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Knowledge of software development best practices, including testing, debugging, and deployment processes.
- Ability to analyze requirements, conduct technical research, and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to work on-site in Lahore and adapt to a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
