The company is seeking a full-time, on-site MERN Generative AI Developer based in Faisalabad. In this role, the developer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining applications using the MERN stack, including RESTful and GraphQL APIs, responsive front-end interfaces, and scalable back-end services. A key focus will be integrating generative AI and LLM-based features into products, working with vector databases and RAG pipelines, and optimizing AI-driven workflows to ensure high performance and reliability. The developer will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Writing clean, testable code, conducting code reviews, monitoring application performance, implementing security best practices, and staying updated on emerging AI and JavaScript technologies are essential aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
- Integrate generative AI and LLM-based functionalities into existing and new products.
- Work with vector databases and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Develop and optimize RESTful and GraphQL APIs for scalable back-end services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and designers to deliver technical solutions aligned with business goals.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code; conduct thorough code reviews.
- Monitor application performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Apply security best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Stay current with advancements in AI technologies, JavaScript frameworks, and software development methodologies.

Required Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including knowledge of data structures, algorithms, APIs, and full-stack web application design.
- Hands-on experience with Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition, focusing on deep learning architectures, model training, and real-world optimization.
- Practical expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), including working with Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and text analytics.
- Proficiency in the MERN stack and modern JavaScript/TypeScript development practices.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and CI/CD pipelines for deploying AI-enabled applications.
- Proven ability to integrate third-party AI APIs and frameworks, including OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, and vector databases, into production environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills, effective collaboration in cross-functional teams, and excellent written and verbal communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
