This full-time, on-site role based in Faisalabad is for a MERN + Generative AI Developer. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications built on the MERN stack, including RESTful and GraphQL APIs, responsive front-end interfaces, and scalable back-end services. A significant part of the role involves integrating generative AI and LLM-based features into products, working with vector databases and RAG pipelines, and optimizing AI-driven workflows to ensure high performance and reliability. The developer will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Writing clean, testable code, conducting code reviews, monitoring application performance, and implementing security best practices are also key aspects of the position. Staying up to date with emerging AI and JavaScript technologies is essential to drive innovation within the team.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
- Develop and integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support front-end and back-end functionality.
- Implement generative AI and LLM-powered features, including working with vector databases and RAG pipelines.
- Optimize AI workflows for scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver business-driven solutions.

Required Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development principles, including data structures, algorithms, APIs, and full-stack web application design.
- Hands-on experience with Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition, focusing on deep learning architectures, model training, and real-world optimization.
- Practical expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), including working with large language models, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and text analytics.
- Proficiency in the MERN stack and modern JavaScript/TypeScript development practices.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, containerization technologies like Docker, and CI/CD pipelines for deploying AI-enabled applications.
- Experience integrating third-party AI APIs and frameworks, including OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, and vector databases, into production environments.
