Z Media Technologies, a leading software development firm specializing in Artificial Intelligence, enterprise solutions, and SaaS platforms, is looking for a proficient MERN Stack Developer to join their onsite team in Soan Garden, Islamabad. The successful candidate will have at least two years of experience in full-stack development, with strong skills in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. This role involves the complete lifecycle of developing scalable and high-performance web applications, including creating dynamic front-end interfaces, building robust backend services, and ensuring seamless deployment and integration within the company’s technology ecosystem. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using the MERN stack.
- Build dynamic front-end interfaces and reusable components with React.js.
- Develop secure, efficient backend logic and services using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design and optimize MongoDB database schemas, queries, and overall database performance.
- Deploy, manage, and optimize applications on cloud platforms; experience with AWS is a plus.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product owners to translate requirements into functional features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code adhering to best practices.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal application performance.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services effectively.
- Actively participate in Agile/Scrum teams, including daily standups and sprint deliveries.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
- Experience in RESTful API development and backend architecture design.
- Familiarity with cloud deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficient in version control systems such as Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to manage performance-intensive and scalable application layers effectively.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
