MEXA TECHUB (Private) Limited is looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our innovative development team. The successful candidate will have strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, with a proven track record of building, optimizing, and maintaining scalable web applications. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs and support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using the MERN stack.
- Ensure applications are responsive and perform well across different devices and browsers.
- Work closely with designers, project managers, and developers to implement new features and improve existing functionality.
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs to enhance application capabilities.
- Design and manage MongoDB databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Perform thorough testing and debugging to ensure smooth user experiences and application stability.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high coding standards.
- Document development processes, changes, and best practices for future reference.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- At least 2 years of experience working with the MERN stack.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
- Deep understanding of React.js and its core principles.
- Experience with Node.js and Express.js frameworks.
- Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of isomorphic JavaScript is an advantage.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs.
- Understanding of modern authorization mechanisms, including JSON Web Tokens and socket-based chat systems.
- Familiarity with modern build pipelines and development tools.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Skills in benchmarking and optimizing application performance.
- Experience with version control systems like Git and GitHub.
- Strong eagerness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in agile environments and meeting project deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with unit testing and test-driven development methodologies.
- Familiarity with GraphQL and its integration within MERN applications.
