We are seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our onsite team located in Wapda Town, Lahore. This full-time role offers a competitive monthly salary between Rs. 150,000 and Rs. 200,000. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, and React Native. The role involves working on both front-end and back-end development, ensuring smooth integration and optimal performance across multiple devices. Additionally, you will contribute to building cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android, leveraging your expertise in React Native to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and deploy robust applications using the MERN stack and React Native.
- Design, build, and maintain reusable and efficient front-end components and libraries.
- Create cross-platform mobile applications compatible with iOS and Android platforms.
- Design and implement database schemas, optimizing MongoDB queries for performance improvements.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into applications.
- Implement secure user authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Collaborate closely with front-end developers to integrate user interfaces with back-end services.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain high code quality and optimize application performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
- Maintain clean, efficient code while adhering to best development practices.
- Stay updated with the latest software development technologies and industry trends.
- Actively participate in team meetings, providing technical insights and solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript for both client-side and server-side development.
- Hands-on experience with React.js, React Native, and state management tools such as Redux or Context API.
- Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and RESTful API development.
- Solid knowledge of MongoDB and Mongoose.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Experience with cloud deployment services such as AWS or Heroku.
- Understanding of web security practices and protocols.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with GraphQL and API design.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Vue.js or Angular.
- Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Chai.
- Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working in DevOps environments.
