Mern Stack Developer

OPT Link Hub is seeking a motivated and technically proficient MERN Stack Developer to join its development team onsite at Bahria Town, Lahore. This full-time role offers a schedule from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, five days a week, within the company’s office environment. The successful candidate will contribute to building scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications, demonstrating a strong foundation in web development and a proactive approach to learning and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js).
- Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces with React.js.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Design, manage, and optimize MongoDB databases.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to implement technical solutions.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application bugs and performance issues.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Adhere to development best practices, coding standards, and version control procedures.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and modern web development trends.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates from the 2025 batch of reputable universities are encouraged to apply.
- Alternatively, candidates with at least 1.5 years of practical experience in relevant roles are also eligible.
- Basic to strong understanding of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, database management, and Git/version control systems.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
