We are seeking a skilled and passionate Flutter Instructor with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSCS) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive instruction on Flutter development, including core concepts such as widget trees, state management, and Dart programming. This role involves not only teaching but also designing curriculum, mentoring students through real-world projects, and providing ongoing support to ensure a high-quality learning experience. The position is based on-site and offers a competitive monthly salary.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver Instruction: Conduct clear and engaging lectures and hands-on labs covering essential Flutter topics, including Dart programming, widget trees, and various state management techniques.
Curriculum Development: Create well-structured course materials, coding exercises, assignments, and assessments that facilitate practical learning and skill development.
Project Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to students or trainees as they develop mobile applications from concept to deployment, ensuring they gain real-world experience.
Support & Debugging: Assist learners in troubleshooting coding issues, optimizing app performance, and adhering to clean coding standards to promote best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSCS) is mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in Dart and Flutter development.
- Experience with state management solutions such as Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod.
- Familiarity with backend integrations, including Firebase and RESTful APIs.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
