Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Mernstack Developer role based in the Karachi Division.

The Mernstack Developer will design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack, ensuring clean, efficient, and secure code.

Responsibilities include implementing front-end interfaces, building and integrating back-end APIs, managing databases, and troubleshooting technical issues across the stack. The role involves collaborating closely with project managers, designers, and other developers to deliver features on schedule, participate in code reviews, and contribute to technical documentation and application optimization.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong MERN stack skills, including experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
Candidates should possess front-end development skills, such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, responsive design, and modern UI frameworks.
Candidates should possess back-end and API development skills, including RESTful API design, authentication/authorization, and integration with third-party services.
Candidates should possess software engineering skills in version control (Git), debugging, performance optimization, and secure coding practices.
Candidates should possess problem-solving and collaboration skills, including the ability to work in agile teams, communicate clearly, and manage tasks independently.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), containerization, or CI/CD pipelines is beneficial.
Prior experience in a product or outsourcing environment and familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.
