We are seeking a dedicated and skilled MERN Stack Developer with approximately 1.5 years of experience in full-stack development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Next.js and Express.js (using TypeScript), along with strong backend knowledge, particularly in PostgreSQL. This role involves working within a collaborative team focused on impactful projects, primarily in the healthcare domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain modern frontend interfaces using Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and shadcn/ui component libraries.
- Build secure and scalable backend APIs with Express.js and TypeScript.
- Design and manage relational and non-relational databases, with an emphasis on PostgreSQL.
- Integrate external APIs and third-party services efficiently.
- Collaborate effectively using GitHub, Jira, and version control workflows.
- Manage deployments and environment configurations across development, staging, and production.
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.
- Work within a microservices-based architecture to build modular and maintainable systems.
- Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability to meet project requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in full-stack development using the MERN stack.
- Strong frontend development skills with Next.js, React.js, and TypeScript.
- Backend experience with Node.js, Express.js, and Sequelize ORM.
- Solid understanding of SQL databases, preferably PostgreSQL, with some exposure to NoSQL databases.
- Experience working with Tailwind CSS and component libraries such as shadcn/ui.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure for deployment and scaling.
- Proven experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to microservice architecture and related development practices.
