Brand Surge is looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Executive to manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns for international eCommerce brands. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in performance marketing, a strong analytical mindset, and a passion for growing online businesses through paid social media advertising. This role requires close collaboration with the Media Buying Team, designers, and content creators to develop high-impact campaigns that increase revenue and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and continuously optimize Meta advertising campaigns targeting international eCommerce clients.
- Develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition, retargeting, and retention to improve campaign outcomes.
- Build and manage custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and broad targeting campaigns to reach the right customers.
- Monitor campaign performance using key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, CAC, and Conversion Rate, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audience segments, placements, and campaign structures to identify top-performing elements.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to produce compelling ad creatives and messaging that drive conversions.
- Stay updated on Meta platform innovations, including Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns, AI-powered optimization, and recent updates like the Andromeda rollout.
- Prepare detailed campaign reports and deliver actionable insights to improve ongoing performance.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure paid advertising strategies align with overall client goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads, preferably within a digital marketing agency setting.
- Proven track record managing campaigns for international eCommerce brands is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and Events Manager.
- Solid understanding of marketing funnels, attribution models, and conversion rate optimization techniques.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and implement optimization strategies based on insights.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Capability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently while meeting deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working with Shopify and other eCommerce platforms.
- Knowledge of creative testing and diversification strategies to enhance campaign performance.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and landing page optimization.
- Previous agency experience is highly desirable.
