Cadarch Design & Construction Company is seeking a results-oriented Meta Ads and Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on driving high-quality leads through Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns to support our residential architectural design and house construction services. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of converting social media ads into genuine business opportunities, particularly within the Rawalpindi and Islamabad markets. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram using Meta Ads Manager.
- Generate qualified leads for residential design and turnkey construction projects.
- Develop and implement audience targeting strategies tailored to Rawalpindi and Islamabad.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, optimizing cost per lead and conversion rates.
- Create, test, and refine ad creatives, copy, audience segments, and overall campaign strategies.
- Set up and monitor retargeting campaigns, lead forms, WhatsApp campaigns, and conversion tracking mechanisms.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide regular, actionable reports.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to enhance lead quality and improve conversion rates into paying clients.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing Meta advertising campaigns with measurable success.
- Demonstrated ability to generate qualified leads through paid social media advertising.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, including audience segmentation, retargeting, and campaign analytics.
- Understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion rate optimization techniques.
- Ability to measure and report on campaign performance while adhering to budget constraints.
- Experience in marketing for real estate, architecture, or construction sectors is a plus.
