Vurke is developing a global technology-delivery network that supports Microsoft partners, systems integrators, consulting firms, and enterprise clients by providing scalable implementation capacity for demanding projects. Unlike traditional recruitment agencies, Vurke’s specialists integrate directly into delivery teams on international client engagements. The company is building a pre-vetted talent network specializing in Microsoft AI, Copilot, Power Platform, Azure AI, data, and integration to support projects across North America, the UK, and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture and design of enterprise Microsoft AI, generative AI, Copilot, and agentic solutions. Facilitate client discovery and architecture workshops to translate business goals into scalable, production-grade solutions. Design solutions leveraging Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Power Platform, Dataverse, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure integration services. Define agent architecture including orchestration, tool/action patterns, memory/state management, human approval, and escalation processes. Establish patterns for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), data access, identity, security, governance, observability, and responsible AI. Select appropriate Microsoft services and integration patterns based on requirements such as risk, scale, latency, data residency, and cost. Produce comprehensive solution architecture documentation, including diagrams, technical decisions, estimates, implementation roadmaps, and non-functional requirements. Guide development, integration, data engineering, and QA teams through implementation phases. Review technical quality, performance, security, maintainability, and production readiness. Support presales activities, technical discovery, proposal development, and client presentations as needed.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 8 years in enterprise technology roles, with at least 3 years focused on solution or technical architecture. Proven experience delivering production AI, Power Platform, or cloud solutions within the Microsoft technology stack. Strong expertise in Azure AI, Azure OpenAI/Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform architecture. Deep understanding of RAG, vector search, agent design, APIs, identity, security, data architecture, and integration patterns. Ability to design solutions that address enterprise governance, scalability, observability, and lifecycle management. Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing presentation skills. Demonstrated capability to lead distributed engineering teams and make pragmatic architecture decisions under delivery constraints.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Purview, and advanced Power Platform governance is highly desirable. Familiarity with designing multi-agent or tool-using AI solutions is a plus. Current Microsoft certifications such as Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect Expert (AB-100) are highly relevant. Other valuable certifications include AI-103, AB-620, AB-400, AB-410, or equivalent credentials. Legacy certifications like PL-600 or AI-102 are also recognized when supported by current hands-on experience.
Vurke evaluates candidates based on their personal delivery contributions, technical depth in core Microsoft technologies, clarity in explaining architecture decisions and trade-offs, client-facing English communication skills, ability to work independently in distributed teams, realistic rate expectations, current availability, and capacity to overlap with North American, UK, or European client hours.
The engagement model is fully remote with contract or project-based assignments. Project durations vary according to client needs. Candidates can be based globally but must be able to work within required client time zones. Client interviews and technical assessments may be part of the selection process. Joining the Vurke talent network does not guarantee project assignments, which depend on client demand, technical fit, availability, and commercial terms.
Applicants are encouraged to submit a detailed CV highlighting projects they personally delivered, technologies used, specific responsibilities, and measurable outcomes. Hands-on production implementation experience is prioritized over certifications alone, although relevant Microsoft certifications are viewed positively. Candidates passing the initial review may be invited to technical assessments and client interviews.
