TEKenable is seeking a Microsoft Business Central (NAV) Solutions Architect to join its expanding ERP practice. The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end design and delivery of complex ERP solutions, working closely with clients to align technical architecture with business goals. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP solutions across complex client engagements.
- Shape architectural direction, ensuring adherence to best practices and alignment with both technical and business requirements.
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to translate business strategies into scalable, secure, and high-performing ERP solutions.
- Provide architectural leadership across multiple projects, managing priorities and delivering consistent quality outcomes.
- Mentor and guide technical and functional teams to enhance solution delivery and capability development.
- Maintain a strong focus on solution quality, scalability, security, and long-term maintainability.
- Ensure compliance with ISO27001 and ISO9001 standards, promoting governance and quality throughout all activities.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in ERP solution architecture, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex, end-to-end ERP solutions.
- Deep understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and integration patterns.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based architectures within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while providing architectural leadership.
- Experience mentoring and supporting both technical and functional teams.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, security, and governance.
