Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Implementation Specialist

Leatherware (Pvt.) Ltd., a reputable manufacturer and exporter based in Sialkot specializing in footballs, handballs, volleyballs, and other machine-stitched sports balls, is currently undertaking the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). To support this critical initiative, we are looking for experienced professionals to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. The successful candidates will play a key role in driving the deployment of the system across the company’s manufacturing operations, ensuring seamless integration and optimized business processes.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations within the organization. This includes gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from various departments to ensure the system meets operational needs. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and configure the solution, aligning it with manufacturing workflows and financial processes. Provide expert guidance and training to internal users to facilitate smooth adoption of the new system. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to the system post-implementation, maintaining continuous improvement of the platform.

Required Qualifications
Proven experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and financial operations is essential. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into functional system specifications. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting. A relevant degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience working in the sports goods manufacturing sector or similar industries will be considered an advantage. Familiarity with machine-stitched sports ball production processes is a plus. Candidates with certifications related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementation will be highly regarded.
