Microsoft Dynamics Consultant

The Microsoft Dynamics Consultant will work remotely, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to design, configure, and implement Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM solutions. This role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, mapping processes to Dynamics functionality, and configuring modules to support finance, operations, sales, and customer service workflows. The consultant will also conduct system testing, assist with data migration, develop comprehensive documentation, and deliver user training to facilitate smooth adoption of the system. Additionally, the consultant will provide ongoing support, identify opportunities for process improvements, and contribute to solution roadmaps that align technology with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand and analyze business requirements.
- Map business processes to Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM functionalities.
- Configure Dynamics modules to support finance, operations, sales, and customer service workflows.
- Conduct system testing and support data migration activities.
- Develop detailed documentation and deliver user training sessions.
- Provide ongoing post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to strategic solution roadmaps.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders in a multicultural environment to ensure alignment and adoption.

Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex business needs and translate them into practical system configurations.
- Experience in business process analysis, design, and optimization, especially within enterprise environments.
- Hands-on consulting experience implementing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics or similar business applications across diverse client settings.
- Practical knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, including core modules such as finance, operations, and supply chain management.
- Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) concepts and workflows related to sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in stakeholder communication, requirements gathering, documentation, and user training.
