About the Role We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Upwork Bidder to join our business development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Upwork, excellent proposal-writing skills, and a proven ability to generate qualified leads and convert them into successful projects.You will be responsible for identifying relevant opportunities, preparing customized proposals, communicating with potential clients, and supporting the team in converting leads into long-term business relationships.Key Responsibilities Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork based on our services and expertise.

Submit high-quality, customized proposals tailored to each clients requirements.

Conduct effective client communication through Upwork messages.

Follow up with potential clients and ensure timely responses.

Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical/design team to prepare suitable proposals.

Track competitors, market trends, and new opportunities on Upwork.

Achieve monthly bidding, lead-generation, and revenue targets.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements 1-2 years of proven experience in Upwork bidding/business development.

Strong knowledge of the Upwork platform and bidding process.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong proposal-writing and client-convincing abilities.

Understanding of IT/software development, web development, design, digital marketing, or related services.

Experience generating leads and converting proposals into projects.

Strong negotiation and follow-up skills. Ability to understand technical project requirements. Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Preferred Skills Experience working with software development or digital agencies.

Knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, Web Development, UI/UX, Graphic Design, Mobile Apps, or Digital Marketing. Existing Upwork profile or proven bidding portfolio will be an advantage. Experience handling international clients, particularly from the USA, Canada, UK, and Australia.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
