We are seeking a creative and skilled Mid-Level Graphic Designer with 3 to 4 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong creative vision and the ability to produce clean, modern, and professional designs that align with our brand identity. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines and collaborating closely with the marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging social media posts, stories, banners, and promotional materials.
- Develop product advertisements and marketing creatives that effectively communicate brand messaging.
- Create website banners and sliders that enhance user experience and visual appeal.
- Professionally edit and enhance product images to maintain high-quality standards.
- Ensure consistency by maintaining brand colors, typography, and overall visual identity across all designs.
- Produce clean and attractive layouts for various marketing materials.
- Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously and deliver work within established deadlines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and provide creative solutions.
- Perform basic video editing tasks as needed to support marketing campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 4 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles.
- Advanced photo editing and image manipulation capabilities.
- Excellent creative and visual sensibility.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow design briefs accurately.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates must present a strong and updated design portfolio demonstrating their expertise and creativity. This is a full-time, in-person position located in the Zamzama Commercial Area of Karachi. The salary is market competitive and will be determined based on experience and portfolio quality, starting from Rs70,000 per month.
