As part of its vision to become a future-fit, agile, and sustainable institution, the Bank is seeking a talented and experienced professional to join the President’s Secretariat in Karachi as a MIS & Analytics Executive (AVP). This role is critical in driving data-driven decision-making and providing insightful management information to support the Bank’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- MIS & Management Reporting: Develop, maintain, and oversee a centralized MIS framework for the President Secretariat. Consolidate data and management information from various groups, departments, and business functions. Prepare periodic and on-demand MIS reports, executive summaries, dashboards, and analytical reports for the President. Ensure accuracy, consistency, completeness, and timely submission of management information. Establish standardized reporting formats, templates, and data definitions.

- Data Analytics & Insights: Analyze financial, business, operational, and performance data to identify trends, gaps, exceptions, and emerging issues. Convert raw data into actionable insights and executive-level intelligence. Develop analytical models and dashboards to facilitate performance monitoring and decision-making. Highlight significant variances, deviations, trends, and areas requiring management attention. Conduct comparative, trend, and exception analysis as required by the President.

- Executive Presentations: Design high-quality presentations, dashboards, and briefing materials for the President, senior management, and Board-level engagements. Translate complex data into clear visualizations, charts, graphs, and concise management narratives. Prepare presentations for strategic reviews, performance meetings, and other executive forums. Ensure all presentations are factually accurate, visually coherent, and aligned with executive reporting requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum graduation or equivalent from a university/college/institute recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in MIS, management reporting, data analysis, business intelligence, or related functions.
- Hands-on experience in preparing and analyzing Excel-based reports, dashboards, and management information.
- Proven ability to convert data into clear summaries, charts, presentations, and actionable insights for management.
- Experience working in a banking/financial institution or a large corporate environment is preferred, especially with exposure to C-suite or Board-level presentations and executive dashboards.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

- Master’s degree or additional professional qualifications in relevant fields will be given preference.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, charts, data cleaning, conditional formatting, and report formatting.
- Strong skills in PowerPoint for executive-level presentations and data visualization.
- Experience with Power BI or equivalent business intelligence tools.
- Expertise in data visualization and dashboard development.
- Knowledge of MIS/reporting systems and data management.
- Ability to interpret data, conduct trend analysis, and perform performance analytics.
- Familiarity with SQL, VBA, Python, or other reporting and automation tools is an advantage.

This position is based in Karachi and will report directly to the PSO to the President. Employment will be on a contractual basis for three years, with the possibility of renewal at the discretion of management. Compensation and benefits will be offered in accordance with the Bank’s policies.
