We are seeking an experienced SAP MM (S/4 HANA) Consultant with 8 to 10 years of relevant experience to join our team. The role is open across multiple locations including Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, and New Delhi. Candidates should be available to join immediately or within a 30-day notice period. This position requires strong expertise in SAP MM configuration, procurement processes, and integration with other SAP modules, along with hands-on experience in full lifecycle implementations and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute SAP MM projects including implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and system integrations.
- Work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams in both onshore and offshore models.
- Analyze business requirements and design high-level solutions aligned with SAP best practices.
- Provide expert advice on materials management and warehousing to business stakeholders.
- Manage major enhancements within the SAP MM module and ensure seamless integration with FI, SD, and PP modules.
- Support procurement processes such as RFQ, PR, PO, contracts, scheduling agreements, and vendor evaluation.
- Oversee inventory management activities including goods receipt, goods issue, physical inventory, batch management, and split valuation.
- Handle specialized processes like subcontracting, consignment, stock transport orders, and returnable packaging management.
- Utilize SAP Activate methodology and embedded analytics to drive project success.
- Participate in business travel as required for project delivery.
- Adapt to night shift work schedules as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM with at least 1 to 3 full lifecycle implementations, rollouts, or support projects.
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP MM and integration experience with other SAP modules such as FI, SD, and PP.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving environments.
- Experience with S/4HANA procurement processes, Business Partner integration, Fiori apps for procurement and inventory, and embedded analytics.
- Familiarity with S/4HANA data migration tools (LTMC/LTMOM), material ledger basics, and simplification items.
- Solid understanding of enterprise structure design within S/4HANA.
- Ability to translate business requirements into IT solutions effectively.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Willingness to work in night shifts and travel for projects.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in client-facing roles.
- Team player with a passion for SAP and continuous learning.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- SAP MM and Warehouse Management (WM) certification is an advantage.
- Experience with 2 to 3 greenfield implementations is highly desirable.
