We are seeking a skilled Mobile Developer with extensive experience in Flutter and Dart to design and develop high-quality mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. The successful candidate will have a strong background in creating offline-capable field applications, including implementing offline maps and managing background data synchronization. This role requires a developer who can deliver robust, user-friendly, and secure mobile solutions tailored for field users.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Build and maintain offline-first functionality to support field operations.
- Implement offline maps and location-based features to enhance user experience.
- Develop background synchronization processes between mobile devices and backend systems.
- Integrate REST APIs and enterprise services to ensure seamless data exchange.
- Work closely with GIS technologies, particularly ArcGIS Maps SDK for Flutter, when required.
- Collaborate effectively with backend developers, GIS specialists, QA engineers, and solution architects to deliver integrated solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance, data synchronization, and connectivity.
- Ensure mobile applications are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance.
- Manage the publishing process for applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in mobile application development.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Flutter and Dart frameworks.
- Proven track record of developing and deploying applications on both Android and iOS platforms.
- Experience in building at least one offline-capable field application.
- Solid understanding of offline maps, local data storage, background synchronization, offline/online data management, and API integration.
- Familiarity with mobile application architecture and performance optimization techniques.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and managing authentication mechanisms.
- Good knowledge of mobile security best practices, debugging, and testing methodologies.
- Experience working with GPS/location-based services and background services synchronization.
- Demonstrated ability to publish mobile applications to Google Play and Apple App Store.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience with ArcGIS Maps SDK for Flutter is highly desirable.
- Background in developing GIS or utility field applications will be an advantage.
