This full-time, on-site Mortgage Analyst position is based in Islamabad, Pakistan. The role involves evaluating mortgage applications, analyzing financial documents, and supporting underwriting decisions in accordance with internal policies and regulatory standards. The Mortgage Analyst will assess credit risk, review property and borrower information, and prepare detailed, accurate reports for senior advisers and underwriters. The position also requires coordination with clients and internal teams, timely responses to information requests, and maintaining comprehensive records within mortgage servicing systems. Additionally, the analyst will contribute to process improvements, ensure compliance, and support the delivery of high-quality advisory services to mortgage clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate mortgage applications and analyze financial documentation to support underwriting decisions.
- Assess credit risk and review borrower and property information thoroughly.
- Prepare clear, accurate reports for senior advisers and underwriters.
- Coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams to gather and respond to information requests.
- Maintain detailed records in mortgage servicing systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Contribute to process improvements and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards.
- Support the delivery of high-quality advisory services to mortgage clients, enhancing client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of the mortgage industry and experience with mortgage servicing processes.
- Strong analytical skills, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and attention to detail.
- Clear and professional communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Foundational underwriting skills and familiarity with mortgage approval criteria.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software, with the ability to manage large datasets.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently in an on-site environment.
