Motion Designer

The company is seeking a full-time, on-site Motion Designer based in the Kasur District. This role involves creating high-quality motion graphics and animation assets for various purposes such as product demonstrations, marketing campaigns, social media content, and in-app experiences. The Motion Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing visual narratives, developing storyboards, designing and animating graphics, and collaborating closely with marketing and product teams to transform complex ideas into engaging visual content. Additionally, the role includes participating in video production workflows, refining visual concepts based on feedback, and ensuring all motion design work aligns with brand guidelines and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create compelling motion graphics and animations for product demos, marketing campaigns, social media, and in-app content.
- Develop storyboards and visual narratives that effectively communicate complex ideas.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of visual content with project goals.
- Participate actively in video production workflows, including editing and post-production processes.
- Refine and revise motion design assets based on feedback from stakeholders.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and technical specifications throughout all projects.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics.
- Proficiency in Animation and Storyboarding techniques.
- Practical experience in Video Production processes.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop or similar tools.
- A portfolio showcasing motion design, animation, and video projects is mandatory.
- Excellent visual storytelling abilities, keen attention to detail, and the capacity to meet deadlines consistently.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively incorporating feedback.
- A diploma or degree in Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred; however, equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
