Motion Designer & Video Editor

Run Courier Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Motion Designer & Video Editor to join their creative team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging video content tailored for social media, advertising campaigns, and various digital platforms. This role requires a strong eye for detail, storytelling ability, and proficiency in motion graphics and video editing software to deliver visually compelling and brand-consistent projects on time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Edit video content for social media, advertisements, campaigns, and other digital channels.
- Create motion graphics including animated typography, titles, transitions, and visual effects.
- Shape video edits with effective pacing and storytelling, ensuring they are optimized for the intended platform.
- Incorporate music, sound effects, captions, and perform basic color correction to enhance video quality.
- Utilize Photoshop for image treatment, compositing, creating thumbnails, and supporting video assets.
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative ideas and translate briefs into polished final videos.
- Maintain visual consistency with brand guidelines throughout all video content.
- Deliver projects within deadlines while managing multiple assignments efficiently.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in video editing and motion design.
- A strong portfolio or showreel showcasing expertise in video editing and motion graphics.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
- Excellent aesthetic sense with attention to composition, typography, color, and visual details.
- Solid understanding of video storytelling, pacing, transitions, and sound design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work independently, and incorporate feedback effectively.
