Motion Graphics Artist

We are seeking a talented and creative Motion Graphics Designer who can transform written scripts into compelling and polished video content. This role involves interpreting scripts and creative guidelines to develop engaging visual stories through video, animation, graphics, sound, and editing. The ideal candidate will have the ability to visualize how messages should appear on screen and bring those ideas to life with a strong focus on clarity, pacing, and visual appeal.

Key Responsibilities

- Create video content based on written scripts and provided creative guidelines.
- Interpret scripts to develop visual concepts and engaging video sequences.
- Determine the best way to present information, ideas, and key messages visually.
- Design motion graphics, animations, text animations, transitions, and visual effects as needed.
- Source, create, and edit visual elements required for video production.
- Edit footage, graphics, animations, voiceovers, music, and sound effects into a polished final product.
- Ensure videos are visually engaging, clear, and aligned with the intended message.
- Adhere to brand guidelines, visual direction, and content requirements.
- Incorporate feedback and deliver final videos within set deadlines.
- Maintain consistency in visual quality, pacing, typography, animation, and overall presentation.

Required Qualifications

- Strong experience in video content creation and editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Audition
- Solid understanding of motion graphics, animation, video editing, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to interpret written scripts and visualize them creatively.
- Skill in transforming written ideas into complete, engaging videos.
- Good sense of pacing, timing, transitions, and visual flow.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high visual quality.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Candidates should possess more than three years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, animation, or digital video content creation. A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating expertise in video editing, motion graphics, and visual storytelling is highly valued.

This is a full-time, in-person position based in DHA Phase 8, Karachi. The monthly salary range is Rs100,000 to Rs120,000. Applicants are encouraged to submit their CV along with a portfolio or showreel showcasing their relevant work.
