MTO - Content & Partnerships

Oladoc is looking for a motivated Management Trainee Officer (MTO) specializing in Content and Partnerships to lead the creation of engaging food and lifestyle content for Fit by oladoc. This role involves showcasing Fit’s calorie and nutrition tracking features through authentic dining experiences and building strong collaborations with restaurants and cafés across Lahore. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with strategic partnership development to enhance brand presence and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce original short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, highlighting Fit’s AI Meal Scanner and Zoya AI Health Coach. Content should meet high standards suitable for publication on oladoc and Fit by oladoc’s official channels.
- Develop innovative content concepts, hooks, and formats, and execute shoots on location at various restaurants and cafés throughout Lahore.
- Identify potential restaurant and café partners, initiate contact, and manage relationships from initial outreach through to active collaboration.
- Support partnerships with creators, fitness trainers, and gyms, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of all partner activities.
- Utilize AI tools for scripting, voiceover, post-production, and outreach to efficiently produce scalable content.
- Analyze content performance metrics and apply insights to optimize future releases.
- Regularly contribute fresh ideas for content and partnership opportunities on a weekly basis.

Required Qualifications
- Strong creative instincts with a clear understanding of what makes video content engaging, shareable, and publishable.
- Confidence and presence on camera, along with proficient video editing skills to finalize content independently.
- Practical experience and working fluency with AI-based tools such as Claude, CapCut, ElevenLabs, and Runway.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu, with the ability to professionally engage and negotiate with business owners.
- A self-driven and proactive attitude, capable of quickly learning and adapting.
- Full-time availability for a minimum of three months, with 100% on-site work in Lahore, including field shoots at partner locations.
