MTO- Denim Washing(Male)

We are looking for a motivated Management Trainee Officer (MTO) specializing in Denim Washing to join our team. The ideal candidate will support denim laundry and washing operations with a strong focus on chemical processes, washing recipes, and quality standards. This role involves preparing, reviewing, and executing washing recipes according to customer specifications, ensuring precise chemical composition, process parameters, and achieving the desired washing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and verify washing recipes based on customer requirements, approved standards, desired washing effects, and chemical composition.
- Assist in developing, preparing, testing, and implementing washing recipes and chemical formulations for various denim washes and finishes.
- Monitor critical parameters during washing processes, including chemical dosage, concentration, temperature, pH, and processing time.
- Conduct basic laboratory testing and evaluation of washed samples to confirm results and maintain consistency with approved standards.
- Collaborate with Laundry, R&D, Quality, and Production departments to identify and resolve issues related to chemicals, recipes, and washing processes.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of washing recipes, chemical consumption, test results, process parameters, and approved samples.
- Support initiatives aimed at process improvement to optimize washing performance, reduce chemical and water consumption, and ensure consistent quality aligned with customer expectations.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering is mandatory.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; however, prior experience in denim washing or laundry operations will be considered an advantage.
- Solid understanding of chemicals, chemical composition, and fundamental chemical processes.
- Basic knowledge of denim washing techniques, laundry operations, and washing recipes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
- Comfortable working in a factory or laundry environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience in denim washing or related laundry operations is advantageous but not required.
- The position offers a monthly salary ranging from PKR 40,000 to 45,000.
- This is an on-site role requiring physical presence at the work location.
