We are seeking a motivated Management Trainee Officer (MTO) - IT to join our team at the Lahore Head Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and developing network and server infrastructure. This role also involves configuring software, setting up new computers, rebuilding older systems, and troubleshooting both hardware and software issues to ensure smooth IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and monitor network and server systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Configure software and set up new computers as well as rebuild and upgrade existing machines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to support IT needs.
- Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to contribute to continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
- Strong understanding of both hardware and software components.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
