We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control / Quality Assurance professional to join our manufacturing team as a Management Trainee Officer (MTO). The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that product quality is maintained throughout the manufacturing process in compliance with international standards. This position requires a proactive individual who can accurately conduct testing, maintain detailed records, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the quality management system.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor, control, and maintain product quality during the manufacturing process according to established international standards.
- Conduct testing and inspection activities as per defined frequencies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Perform accurate and timely Quality Control Laboratory (QCL) testing and prepare daily laboratory test reports.
- Maintain, analyze, and interpret laboratory data, inspection reports, and official correspondence using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Keep digital records of test results, non-conformances, and corrective actions to ensure traceability.
- Identify and investigate product quality issues, supporting their resolution in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Inspect incoming materials and deliveries, maintaining batch and shift-code records for quality tracking.
- Assign and follow up on continuous improvement activities with quality staff to enhance overall product quality.
- Report quality deviations and issues promptly to the Quality Control Laboratory In-charge and management.
- Maintain Quality Management System (QMS) documentation, records, and laboratory maintenance sheets.
- Ensure smooth shift operations and proper shift rotation to maintain consistent quality oversight.
- Support internal and external audits by ensuring that quality records and documentation are complete and readily accessible.
- Perform additional quality-related duties as assigned by the In-charge or management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree, preferably in Polymer Engineering.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant experience in quality control or assurance are encouraged to apply.
