MTO Sales Engineer

SAMA ENGINEERING is seeking a confident and motivated MTO Sales Engineer with an engineering background and strong English communication skills. Key Responsibilities
- Learn and actively promote industrial packaging machines and processing systems.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
- Communicate professionally with both local and international clients.
- Generate sales leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical presentations tailored to client needs.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical queries.
- Participate in client meetings, product demonstrations, and site visits.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills are mandatory.
- Good understanding of mechanical systems and technical concepts.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident personality with a positive, target-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to learn technical products and professional sales techniques.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with up to one year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
