The Management Trainee Officer (MTO) Sales position is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore. This role focuses on managing sales activities within modern trade outlets, fostering strong relationships with key retail partners, and ensuring product visibility and availability across designated locations. The MTO Sales team member will be responsible for implementing sales plans, monitoring stock levels, tracking promotions, and maintaining merchandising standards. Additionally, the role involves gathering market intelligence related to competitors and customer preferences. Collaboration with sales management is essential to meet sales targets, prepare regular sales reports, and support retail staff training on product features. Upholding Transsion’s brand standards during all customer interactions is a critical aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage sales activities and relationships with modern trade retail partners to maximize product visibility and availability.
- Execute daily sales plans and monitor stock levels to ensure optimal inventory management.
- Track and evaluate promotional activities and merchandising standards across assigned outlets.
- Collect and report market feedback on competitor activities and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with sales management to achieve sales targets and prepare detailed sales reports.
- Support training sessions for retail staff to enhance product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Maintain and promote Transsion’s brand standards in all customer and partner interactions.
- Travel within the assigned territory as needed to support sales operations and outlet management.

Required Qualifications

- Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively engage with retail partners and end customers.
- Proven sales and sales management capabilities to drive performance and meet assigned targets.
- Ability to conduct training and support retail staff in product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Good analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in basic MS Office applications.
- Relevant experience in FMCG, telecom, or consumer electronics sales, particularly within modern trade environments.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in Lahore and travel within the designated territory.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, target-driven work environment.
