MTO - SAP ABAP

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SAP ABAP Developer to join our team. This role is well-suited for fresh graduates or professionals with up to one year of experience who are eager to build their skills in SAP ABAP programming. The successful candidate will support various development, testing, and maintenance activities while collaborating closely with senior developers and cross-functional teams. This position offers a valuable opportunity to contribute to SAP projects and system enhancements in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of SAP ABAP programs, including reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
- Support SAP functional teams by understanding business requirements and helping to prepare technical solutions.
- Perform debugging and troubleshooting of SAP ABAP programs under the guidance of senior developers.
- Contribute to the creation of Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, Reports, and Data Dictionary objects.
- Participate in unit testing, documentation, and deployment of SAP developments.
- Support integration activities between SAP modules and third-party applications.
- Monitor SAP jobs and assist in resolving technical issues related to ABAP developments.
- Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and development specifications.
- Learn and adhere to SAP development standards, security guidelines, and best practices.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing SAP projects and system enhancements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (BS, BCS, BE, or equivalent).
- Fresh graduate or up to one year of relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge of SAP ABAP programming.
- Understanding of programming concepts such as Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and SQL.
- Familiarity with SAP Data Dictionary.
- Basic knowledge of Smart Forms and Adobe Forms.
- Skills in debugging and troubleshooting SAP ABAP programs.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Internship experience in SAP ABAP, ABAP certification, or academic project experience related to SAP ABAP is highly preferred.
