We are looking for a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) specializing in Supply Chain Management (SCM) to join our team and support the supply chain operations within the organization. The role is based at Defence Phase 8 and involves working six days a week from 10 am to 6 pm. The successful candidate will play a vital role in assisting procurement, vendor coordination, and logistics to ensure smooth supply chain processes. This position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs 37,000 to Rs 40,000 and requires in-person attendance at the designated location.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in procurement and sourcing activities to support supply chain efficiency.
- Coordinate with vendors for obtaining quotations, managing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries.
- Monitor order status to ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
- Support supply planning and logistics coordination to optimize inventory and distribution.
- Prepare detailed reports related to purchasing and overall supply chain operations.
- Assist in ERP data entry and keep system information updated to reflect current transactions.

Required Qualifications
