MTO - Technical Recruitment

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from designing effective recruiting strategies to onboarding new employees. This role requires a strong understanding of technical roles within the IT industry and the ability to attract, assess, and select qualified candidates. The position operates on a hybrid basis from our office located on the 19th Floor, BRR Towers, I I Chundrigar, with working hours from 5:45 PM to 2:15 AM.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement comprehensive recruiting strategies to meet organizational hiring needs. Develop and regularly update job descriptions and specifications to accurately reflect job requirements. Conduct thorough job and task analyses to document objectives and expectations for various roles.

Prepare and post job openings on appropriate platforms such as job boards, newspapers, and educational institutions. Source and attract candidates through resume databases, social media channels, and other innovative sourcing techniques. Screen resumes and job applications to shortlist suitable candidates efficiently.

Conduct interviews using reliable selection tools and methods to evaluate candidates within the scheduled timeframe. Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes to ensure alignment with job requirements. Facilitate the onboarding process to help new hires integrate smoothly into the company.

Monitor and apply best practices in HR recruiting to ensure timely submission of qualified candidates. Provide analytical and well-documented recruitment reports to the team for continuous improvement. Serve as a key point of contact, building strong relationships with candidates throughout the selection process.

Promote the company’s reputation as an employer of choice by highlighting its positive work environment. Collaborate closely with peers to develop and refine efficient recruitment processes. Perform additional duties as assigned by the management team.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Up to 1 year of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the IT sector. Familiarity with technical roles such as software development, network engineering, and IT support.

Strong understanding of technical terminology, programming languages, frameworks, and relevant tools. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.

Ability to screen and assess technical resumes and candidates accurately. Knowledge of various sourcing techniques and experience conducting technical assessments. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail, capable of managing multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.

Additional Information

This position requires candidates to be comfortable working the evening shift from 5:45 PM to 2:15 AM. The work location is primarily in person at our Islamabad office. Candidates must be proficient in English and hold at least a bachelor’s degree.

The monthly salary for this role is Rs60,000. Interested candidates should be prepared to answer questions regarding their recruitment experience and willingness to work the specified shift hours.
