This role involves managing between three to six small Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) units, ensuring their smooth day-to-day operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining optimal staffing levels, exercising strong financial control, and upholding consistent brand standards across all assigned branches. The position requires hands-on leadership to drive operational efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations of multiple QSR units to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Manage staffing effectively to meet operational demands while controlling labor costs.
- Maintain strict financial oversight, including budgeting, expense control, and profit and loss (P&L) management.
- Ensure all branches comply with brand standards and operational guidelines.
- Lead and motivate branch teams to achieve performance targets and operational excellence.
- Monitor inventory and supply chain processes to avoid shortages or excesses.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards across all locations.
- Report regularly on branch performance and operational issues to senior management.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required.
- A minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in the QSR industry, preferably in a Multi-Branch Manager (MBM) or managerial role.
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage multiple teams and locations.
- Solid understanding of operational management and P&L responsibilities.
- Ability to analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to ride a bike as part of job requirements.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Prior experience specifically managing multiple QSR branches is highly desirable.
- The role offers a monthly salary of Rs 90,000.
- Annual leave totaling 32 days, including 14 days of annual leave encashment, prorated as applicable.
- Annual Eidi bonus of 20%.
- Provision of a SIM card and laptop for work-related use.
- Company-provided bike (70cc) along with a fuel card allowing 45 liters per month.
- Meal benefits include 12 free meals monthly, capped at Rs 1,350 per meal, plus a meal allowance of Rs 1,800 per month.
- The position requires in-person work at the designated locations.
