We are currently looking for multilingual customer support specialists who are customer-focused and capable of managing both inbound and outbound phone operations. In this role, you will primarily support English-speaking policyholders while providing assistance in your secondary language when needed, ensuring high-quality service and accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer phone calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
- Provide primary support to English-speaking customers and assist in the assigned secondary language as required.
- Process policy servicing requests, resolve customer issues, and document all interactions accurately within CRM or agency management systems.
- Navigate multiple client systems simultaneously while actively engaging with callers.
- Adhere to established client workflows, call-handling procedures, and compliance guidelines to maintain service quality and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must be physically located in Islamabad, Lahore, or Rawalpindi with a reliable work-from-home setup.
- Fluent spoken and written English is essential.
- Language combinations needed include:
- English + Spanish (multiple openings)
- English + Korean (1 opening)
- English + Arabic (1 opening)
- Farsi + English is considered a plus.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in call center, customer service, or phone support roles. Experience in US Insurance (Commercial or Personal lines) is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to work US business hours across 24/5 staggered shifts, including potential weekend availability.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to manage multi-system workflows efficiently.
