Multimedia Designer & Animator

We are currently seeking a talented Multimedia Designer & Animator with 2 to 3 years of experience to create visually engaging artwork and bring it to life through animation, motion graphics, and video content. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of design principles, layout composition, and visual storytelling, along with hands-on experience using modern creative and AI-powered tools.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality static artworks, social media creatives, and advertising visuals that adhere to brand guidelines.
- Convert designs into captivating animations, motion graphics, and short-form videos.
- Edit and produce video content tailored for social media, digital campaigns, and advertisements.
- Create 2D animations, explainer videos, and animated brand assets.
- Utilize AI-powered creative tools to accelerate ideation, production, and iteration without compromising quality.
- Develop clear layouts with strong visual hierarchy, typography, and color usage, primarily using Figma.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, marketers, and project managers to transform briefs into compelling visual stories.
- Adapt content across various platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and web banners.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within agreed deadlines.
- Stay updated on design, motion, and AI trends, proactively proposing fresh creative ideas.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia design, or motion graphics.
- Proven ability to design high-quality artworks and translate them into animations and videos.
- Strong experience in motion graphics, 2D animation, and video editing.
- Proficiency in Figma with a solid understanding of design layouts, grids, and visual hierarchy.
- Hands-on experience with animation and video tools such as CapCut and Higgsfield.
- Competence in AI-powered creative tools and workflows, including AI image, video, and voice generation technologies.
- Ability to create engaging visual content tailored for social media, advertisements, and digital platforms.
- Strong foundation in design principles, composition, color theory, and typography.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing both design and animation work.

Salary and Job Details:
The monthly salary ranges from 150,000 to 200,000 PKR, pegged to the United States Dollar (USD). This means the salary will adjust proportionally with fluctuations in the USD. This is a full-time position based in DHA Phase 6 Sector C.
