Key Responsibilities:
RedFort Group provides full-time, remote positions across e-commerce operations, supplier sourcing, sales, marketing, and technology-enabled business functions. Roles include Data Scraping Specialist, Sourcing Specialist, Order Management Associate, Email Marketing & Partnerships Specialist, Sales Representative (Supplier Calling), eBay & TikTok Shop Account Manager, and Account & Order Management Specialist for Amazon. Responsibilities vary by role but commonly involve collecting, validating, and organizing data from online sources; identifying products and suppliers; managing purchase orders and order lifecycles; coordinating with vendors and customers; and ensuring accurate and timely order processing.

Additional duties may include planning and executing email marketing campaigns, developing supplier partnerships, conducting outbound sales calls, managing e-commerce marketplace accounts, optimizing product listings, monitoring sales performance, and supporting daily business operations. Team members work cross-functionally, utilize digital tools and business systems, analyze performance metrics, and contribute to operational efficiency, process improvements, and customer satisfaction. Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple orders, maintain accurate records, track order statuses, and ensure timely processing and fulfillment.

- Familiarity with e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, and TikTok Shop, including product listings, account operations, order workflows, and sales monitoring.
- Research and sourcing skills to identify potential suppliers, evaluate opportunities, and organize information efficiently.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and maintain productivity.
