We are seeking a dedicated Music Teacher to nurture and develop students' musical talents while preparing them for various school activities such as assemblies, national events, cultural programs, and other performances. The ideal candidate will create engaging, age-appropriate lessons that enhance students' singing, rhythm, coordination, and overall musical skills. This role requires a passionate educator who can inspire students, maintain discipline during sessions, and collaborate effectively with school staff to ensure successful event preparations.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver music lessons tailored to different age groups, focusing on both individual and group activities.
- Train students in performing National Anthems, patriotic songs, cultural songs, and school-specific songs.
- Prepare students for participation in assemblies, annual functions, cultural events, competitions, and other school performances.
- Organize and lead regular music practice sessions to ensure readiness for school events.
- Develop students’ foundational musical abilities including singing, rhythm, and coordination.
- Maintain discipline and encourage proper conduct during music lessons and performances.
- Coordinate with teachers and school management to facilitate smooth event preparations and performances.
- Ensure the proper care, handling, and use of musical instruments and related equipment.
- Actively participate in school events, staff meetings, training sessions, and any other assigned activities.
- Adhere to all school policies and follow instructions from management consistently.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Music, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in teaching music or relevant musical training is advantageous.
- Strong singing ability and musical knowledge combined with effective communication skills.
- Proven capability in managing students and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- A creative, confident, and disciplined approach focused on student development.
