Experience:5-10 years’ experience in FMCG Industry as sales professional

Key Responsibilities ▪ Manage Regional sales team to drive business KPIs▪ Maintain healthy distribution network across all Pakistan▪ Drive business through sales KPIs▪ Drive Monthly sales volumes/Targets while managing revenue targets as well▪ Ensure Numeric & Weighted distribution▪ Implement best possible route to market strategy in the region▪ Ensure Optimum utilization of the resources to control cost to sell▪ Training & coaching to keep the team motivated & Team building▪ Engage customers/distributors to stay updated with market situations

Salary Package: 300 K To 400 K
