Need Video Editor - In House ( Sialkot )

We are seeking a talented Motion Graphics Designer to join our in-house creative team based in Sialkot. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design and be skilled in producing captivating video content tailored for social media, advertising campaigns, e-commerce brands, and various digital platforms. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects is highly desirable and will be a significant advantage in this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging motion graphics, animated videos, social media reels, advertisements, and promotional content.
- Develop video content optimized for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Utilize Adobe After Effects to design animations, transitions, text effects, visual effects, and other motion graphics elements.
- Edit and produce high-quality videos using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing software.
- Collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Transform creative concepts, references, and ideas into visually appealing video content.
- Produce multiple variations of videos and advertisements tailored for different products, target audiences, and platforms.
- Ensure timely delivery of all content while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in video production, motion graphics, and social media content.
- Incorporate feedback and make revisions to improve content based on campaign performance and requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, Video Editor, or in a similar creative role.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects is essential.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing.
- Basic to advanced skills in Photoshop and Illustrator are considered a plus.
- Solid understanding of animation principles, typography, transitions, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to create content specifically designed for social media and digital advertising platforms.
- Strong creativity combined with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A compelling portfolio or showreel showcasing previous motion graphics and video work is required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with experience in the following areas will be given preference:
- Motion graphics and 2D animation.
- Creating social media reels and short-form video content.
- Producing video advertisements and product videos.
- Developing creative content for e-commerce brands.
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook video content creation.
- Expertise in Adobe After Effects and basic video effects or visual compositing.

The salary range for this position is PKR 35,000 to 100,000 per month, depending on experience, technical skills, creativity, and portfolio strength. Candidates with advanced skills in After Effects and motion graphics may be considered for the higher end of the salary scale.

This is a full-time, in-house position located in Sialkot. Both fresh graduates and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply, provided they demonstrate the required skill set.
