Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using the Microsoft .Net Core technology stack.
- Understand process flows and their impact on project module outcomes.
- Execute coding assignments aligned with project requirements and available documentation.
- Debug software components and identify code defects efficiently.
- Build deep expertise in project-specific technologies while developing domain knowledge.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, project managers, and clients to ensure successful delivery.
- Lead project efforts as a high-performing team player and provide guidance to junior developers, including code reviews and technical mentoring.

Required Qualifications:
- 7 to 9 years of professional experience in software development, particularly with .Net Core technologies.
- Strong proficiency in C# programming and the .Net Core framework.
- Experience in developing web applications using .Net Core.
- Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to align with the company’s long-term vision and demonstrate openness to new ideas and continuous learning.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related fields (B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA) from a reputed university.
