Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document detailed requirements for specific application modules, ensuring clarity and structure. Collaborate across multiple business processes to identify linkages, dependencies, and necessary changes.
- Facilitate the design of application solutions for assigned modules under the guidance of the Project Manager, ensuring alignment with both business needs and technical standards.
- Review developed code for quality and consistency, resolve technical queries within the team, and establish replication patterns that adhere to project standards. Work closely with project managers throughout all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and troubleshoot recurring technical issues. Modify software code to fix errors, adapt to new hardware or software environments, improve performance, and upgrade interfaces as needed.
- Collaborate with technical teams during implementation to validate configurations, support integration of new applications, and manage dependencies during deployment. Prepare user training materials and frameworks to facilitate smooth adoption and reduce transition risks.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience of 5 to 8 years in FullStack Microsoft .NET development, with a strong focus on smart web applications.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, review, and maintain high-quality code aligned with project standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including project managers, technical staff, and business stakeholders.
- Experience in preparing documentation and training materials to support application deployment and user adoption.
