Network & IT Infrastructure Engineer

AI Square Ltd. is seeking a skilled and proactive Network & IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in network administration, firewall configuration, endpoint security, and IT infrastructure management. This role requires a professional who can effectively manage and secure corporate networks while providing reliable IT support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs, and corporate networks to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Resolve network connectivity issues and manage authorized access to critical business services such as email, Microsoft Teams, and VPNs.
- Implement endpoint security measures and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions to safeguard confidential company data.
- Oversee centralized laptop administration, including software deployment, patch management, and remote IT support.
- Configure and monitor laptop login/logout tracking and maintain detailed system activity logs.
- Maintain and troubleshoot ZKTeco biometric attendance systems and tripod turnstiles to ensure smooth operation.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant hands-on experience in network administration and IT infrastructure management.
- Strong knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, IP configuration, network security protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with endpoint management tools such as Mobile Device Management (MDM) or Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) solutions.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and user activity monitoring systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
