Network Management Integration Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Network Management Integration Engineer to join our team and support the integration, deployment, upgrade, migration, and verification of Ericsson Network Management solutions such as ENM, ENIQ, cENM, and EVNFM. In this role, you will work closely with both customer and Ericsson teams to ensure the delivery of secure, stable, and maintainable solutions. You will take full ownership of your assigned tasks while actively sharing knowledge with colleagues to foster a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, integrate, upgrade, and migrate Ericsson Network Management products including ENM, ENIQ, cENM, and EVNFM.
- Validate prerequisites such as software versions, connectivity, configurations, and infrastructure readiness before deployment.
- Prepare and execute integration and acceptance tests, ensuring clear documentation and test evidence are maintained.
- Troubleshoot interoperability and deployment issues, providing timely resolutions or escalating when necessary, and support customer handover processes.
- Coordinate delivery activities with customers, architecture teams, cloud/infrastructure, security, and project stakeholders.
- Adhere to agreed scope, quality standards, security policies, privacy guidelines, health and safety regulations, and change-control procedures throughout all project phases.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in telecom network management, OSS, or systems integration.
- Proven hands-on experience in delivering telecom solution integration or deployment projects.
- Practical knowledge of Ericsson Network Management products including ENM, ENIQ, cENM, and EVNFM.
- Solid understanding of Linux operating systems and IP networking fundamentals, with experience in integration testing and structured troubleshooting.
- Competence in cloud environments, including cloud-native or virtualized infrastructures, containers, and orchestration technologies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Flexibility to travel or provide support for planned customer deployments as required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working across all four Ericsson products (ENM, ENIQ, cENM, EVNFM) combined with expertise in cloud-native or virtualized environments, containerization, orchestration, scripting, or automation is highly desirable.
- Relevant technical certifications in telecom, networking, or cloud technologies will be considered an advantage.
