We are seeking a skilled Network Technician based in Hyderabad to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical, Electronics, or Power and possess a strong background in telecom networks. This role involves hands-on troubleshooting, maintenance, and configuration of various network components, with a focus on ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Candidates should be comfortable with site visits and have proficiency in Excel for data management. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range along with medical insurance benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot issues related to Optical Line Terminal (OLT) and Multi-Service Access Gateway (MSAG).
- Resolve internet slow speed and IPTV flickering problems to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Address no dial tone issues at MSAG/MSAN (Multi-Service Access Node).
- Perform hardware replacements as required to maintain network integrity.
- Conduct Preventive Maintenance Routine (PMR) on MSAG, MSAN, and OLT equipment.
- Troubleshoot GPON (Gigabit Passive Optical Network) network issues on both OLT and Optical Network Terminal (ONT).
- Perform GPON speed testing at OLT endpoints to verify network performance.
- Monitor network elements including MPLS (Multiprotocol Label Switching), DWDM (Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing), NTP (Network Time Protocol), and GPON.
- Configure MPLS services via Layer 2 switches.
- Assess feasibility and respond to new customer queries via email.
- Coordinate with the Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) team and provide regular updates to management.
- Maintain and manage network data using Excel spreadsheets.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical, Electronics, or Power (mandatory).
- Proven experience in telecom network troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of GPON, MPLS, DWDM, and related network technologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- Willingness to perform site visits as part of job duties.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience working with telecom hardware such as OLT, MSAG, MSAN, and ONT devices.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Salary range between PKR 37,000 to 45,000 per month.

- Full-time, in-person work arrangement based in Hyderabad.
