New Graduates - QA Associate

NSOL BPO is seeking motivated fresh graduates to join our team as Quality Assurance Associates at our onsite location in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi. Working hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Pakistan Time), with a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 60,000 to 80,000. Key Responsibilities
- Review completed work for accuracy, quality, and completeness.
- Identify mistakes, inconsistencies, and areas needing improvement.
- Ensure tasks comply with client requirements and internal quality standards.
- Follow QA checklists and standard operating procedures diligently.
- Assess various types of digital and administrative work.
- Document findings clearly and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with Team Leads and Account Managers to address and resolve quality issues.
- Maintain accurate QA records and reports.
- Develop familiarity with CRM systems and other digital business tools.
- Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance the quality of work delivered to clients.
